Meetings

Monthly Business Meetings are the second Monday of each month at 6PM, located in the Boggs Township Municipal Building at 150 Blue Ball Road, West Decatur PA 16878. 

The Parks and Recreation Meeting will be held monthly directly following the regular business meeting. Parks will go first followed by the ATV Group.

Announcements

  • Thank you to RES Coal and Novey’s!  RES Coal provides dumpsters through Hugill Sanitation.  Novey’s gives us a discount on their dumpster. We had 100 apple dumplings available. They sold out!  Again, thank you to RES Coal, Novey’s and our residents for making the 2022 clean up day a success!

  • Thank you to New Enterprise for fixing the pavement at the end of Old Valley Road.

  • Thank you to GOH for patching Prospect Road.

  • Special thanks to Rush Township for donating a used trailer to Boggs Township.

  • Received new truck

  • Thanks to Greg Minarchick for his time and the use of his machine to spread dirt in the Park.

  • Illegal Dumping Complaint on Albert Run Road has been resolved as of May 25 by the Code Enforcement Officer Agatha Lauder.

Work Update Last Month

  • Work or improvements were made on Twoey Hollow, Gray Hollow, Boundary, Williams and Laurel Run Roads.

  • Watch Children signage was added to Creek Road.

  • Suit-Kote has finished applying the Double Seal Coating to Creek, Albert Run, Prospect, Old Valley, Spring and Woods Hollow Roads.

  • Simeling Run Update- Thank you goes out to Rachel Kester from the Coldwater Heritage Partnership, Kelly Williams from Clearfield County Conservation District, Trout Unlimited and Drew King from Fish & Boat for their involvement with the work done at the Park.
