2018 IMC

The Township has adopted the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) as its property maintenance code. The IPMC establishes minimum maintenance standards for basic equipment, light, ventilation, heating, sanitation and fire safety. Information on the IPMC can be found at the International Code Council’s (ICC) website.

MVCOG

The Moshannon Valley Council of Governments, MVCOG, is a non-profit government organization that was established in 1979 by several small municipalities.
Our intergovernmental programs & services are available to aid members in the daily operations of local government.

Today the MVCOG represents 38 individual municipalities from 3 neighboring counties.
